Mantle Developments was formed in 1994 by three partners who came together to pool their experience, combining excellence in design, highly skilled craftsmanship, construction and attention to detail. Over twenty years on our philosophy is still to exceed our customers expectations and ensure that every Mantle Home is built to a superior specification.
Lee is a founding partner. He’s responsible for land acquisition, planning, finance, product specification, sales and marketing.
Fred is a founding partner. Fred is semi-retired but keeps his hand in visiting sites and offering the benefit of his vast experience.
Mark is a founding partner. Mark’s responsibilities include; construction site management, contract management, personnel, trouble shooting, health and safety, after sales and customer care.
Caroline keeps everyone organised and runs our office. As well as assisting the directors, Caroline is responsible for accounts, payments, banking and administration.
Rafal joined us to ensure our accounts team keep pace with our rapidly expanding business. Rafal is AAT trained and prepares our accounts for external audit as well as management account reporting to the directors.
As the group surveyor Craig is responsible for the construction process over several developments. He manages the procurement of materials and labour contracts. Other responsibilities include managing the code for sustainable homes, reporting to funders, and town planning compliance.
Lloyd assists with procurement and contract management during the construction process as well as being responsible for providing customer service during the snagging and defects process following hand over.

Tom is from a trade background and has in excess of 30 years’ experience in construction site management. There is very little Tom doesn’t know about construction and he takes immense pride in his work. Tom is always happy to assist our home buyers with bespoke specification choices.

Jose is a site manager with a wealth of experience in new homes construction. As well as managing site construction from ground works through to completion he is always willing to show our home buyers around at various stages of the construction process. Jose is very approachable and always ensures a close and neighbourly relationship with all parties adjoining his sites.
